We took our 1 1/2 year old, 85-pound “wild” Weimaraner/Great Dane mix to K9 Coach dog training hoping for the best, but not expecting much. What we got was no less than a miracle. The only experience he had with other dogs was on his walks, and it usually ended up with me pulling as hard as I could on his pinch collar and dragging him away from a possible harmful situation. The results were amazing. We still work every day with Grizzly, but he can now go to Del Mar’s Dog Beach and run free with the other dogs, or walk outside in the front yard, without a leash, with no fear of running down the street.
